We make sure that all our products always are authentic by performing a multi-step authenticity check before putting the product up for sale. You can read more about our multi-step authenticity check below.
With the increasing trend of counterfeit products, we pay extra attention to the goods we handle. We consist of a team with years of experience in legit-checking sneakers and collectibles. Our business have sold over 25,000 genuine sneakers and collectibles.
Our multi-step verification procedure is used by our international team of professionals. The steps are the following:
1. Arrival
We receive our products from our trusted suppliers from all over the world. Some sneakers are rarer than others, or may not have been released in Europe and come from far away.
First, our team makes sure the packaging (box and add-ons) satisfies the highest quality requirements to give a brand-new product, which is just as significant as the product itself.
You can be sure that your purchase from Takeoff Copenhagen will be identical to any retail purchasing experience, including the whole list of accessories and all the extra add-ons to the product unless stated otherwise.
2. Inspection
Secondly, our authenticators verify the sizing labels, logos, stitching, soles, laces, heel tabs, and more using our database filled with information showing how an authentic pair should be and comparing to our products in house. We have over 700 different models in the shop. With our huge inventory, we most likely have the same pair in stock which allows us to do a one-to-one comparison.
3. Verification
If the product passed our verification process, the product will get a special tag that we put on all our products that pass our verification process. This way you don't have to worry about whether the product has been verified authentic or not.

All our shoes and collectibles are brand new and come with everything original that comes with the purchased product. This means that if you buy a pair of sneakers, you will receive the shoes with the original shoe box, laces (if these are included with the original), and more.
On rare occasions we have used sneakers for sale. If so it will be stated.

All our sneakers are unisex.
Some of the Nike/Jordan sneakers we sell are only produced in limited sizes, which Nike presents as being women's sizes or men's sizes. However, this does not matter as long as your size is there. The only thing that sets some of these shoes apart is the limited sizes in which they are produced.
We feel that all sneakers are unisex these days. Wear what you like and especially what is comfortable to you.

We take very much care of the shoes, to make sure everyone gets a brand new pair. If you find some shoes you would like to buy you will be able to try them on to find your size. Doing so we make sure everyone gets a brand new pair of sneakers when they purchase a pair from us.
All the sneakers we have online are available in-store as well. You will find a wider selection of sneakers in-store though.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Takeoff Copenhagen.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.
It is you who must bear the costs in connection with the return of the item. In addition, you bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.
Orders to be returned by freight are sent with GLS or UPS, which we offer with our Scandinavian return solution (currently only available for Danish, Swedish and Norwegian customers). Or you can return your order directly in our Copenhagen store. If you are located outside of the three countries mentioned, please contact us here regarding your return.
Instructions for a correct return:
– Find an empty cardboard box.
– Place the shoe box, with the shoes tightly packed in the cardboard box (as little air as possible, at risk of damage to the shoe box).
– Close the cardboard box tightly with strong tape.
– Place shipping label from our tailor-made return platform on top of the cardboard box.
– Hand over the parcel to your nearest GLS drop-off point or UPS drop-off point.

Conditions for returning:
Condition of the product / item using the right of return:As a consumer, you are liable for any deterioration in the value and condition of the product, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine: the product’s nature, properties and fit. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in our physical store, which is very careful on a clean and soft surface, but you must not use the product.
If the product / product has been used / tested in addition to that described above, this is considered used. This means that you will regret the purchase, will only get part or no return of the amount, all depending on the condition of the item. This is assessed exclusively by Takeoff Copenhagen.
Shoe box:
The original shoe box is a very important part of the product that you have received and has a great value for many customers. If you return and / or want to exchange the product, please take your reservations so that we do not receive the damaged shoe box, as otherwise we can not approve the return.Once we have received your return and the above criteria have been met, the return will be processed. You will then receive an email and the funds will be refunded to the means of payment that was used at the time of purchase of the item.
If you are returning a package from outside of Denmark, the return shipping will be discussed through email correspondance after you have contacted us.
Returns of tote bags:
If you qualified for a free tote bag you must include it in your return order otherwise it will be deducted from the purchased product's sales price.
If you want to come by our store, you are very welcome to return your order here. Simply bring your product unworn with the Takeoff Tag still attached and your receipt.
You can easily exchange your order in our physical store. Please bring your receipt, the product unworn with the Takeoff Tag still attached.It's not possible to exchange your order automatically online, but you can contact us and we can figure out a solution.

The delivery time varies. We have different processing times which you can find on the specific product you are searching for. Extra waiting time may apply on limited items. If the item you have purchased is very limited, you will be informed by email.
We ship worldwide. Shipping within the EU will not lead into any extra fees. Takeoff Copenhagen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order outside of the EU. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Our warehouse is located in Copenhagen, Denmark and all of our packages will be shipped from there. If you are outside of Europe / not a part of the European Union, customs may apply.
- We do not deliver to P/O boxes.
- Delivery times are estimated and not always accurate.
